一、搬瓦工申请退款限制条件

取消续费：您可以随时在计费门户中取消服务续订。（搬瓦工 VPS 到期前怎样取消续费 / 恢复续费）

申请退款：

1. 您的帐户是在 30 天或更短的时间内创建的；（本条是需要严格满足的，注意，是账户注册 30 天内，并不是购买 VPS 之后的 30 天内）
2. 您在我们的帐户信誉良好（即没有欠款），也没有违反本服务条款；（这个一般都不会违反）
3. 您以前向我们支付的款项均未曾或目前受到争议或退款；（这个一般也不会违反，并且也绝不建议我们使用任何 PayPal 争议）
4. 分配给您的 VPS 的 IP 地址均不在任何黑名单中，并且这些 IP 地址之前都没有由于黑名单而被我们替换；（也就是说 IP 被封是没法退款的）
5. VPS 上的每月数据传输使用量不到每月配额的 10％；（这个需要严格满足）
6. 您帐户下的服务数量（有效或已取消）不超过 3 个；（这个一般都能满足）
7. 您向我们付款的总金额不超过 100 美元，您向我们付款的总数不超过 10 次；（这个一般来说需要满足，但是实际上如果是第一次购买，超过 $100 的一般也都给退）
8. 您以前未通过其他帐户申请退款。（这个暂时不知道怎么判断）

搬瓦工退款条款原文：

1. Your account was created 30 or fewer days ago
2. Your account with us is in good standing (i.e. there are no overdue amounts owing) and there have been no violations of this ToS;
3. None of your payments to us have been previously been or currently are disputed or charged back;
4. None of the IP addresses assigned to your VPS are on any blacklist or blocklist, and none of those IP addresses were previously replaced by us due to blacklisting;
5. The monthly data transfer usage on your VPS is under 10% of your monthly quota;
6. The number of services (active or cancelled) under your account is 3 or fewer;
7. The sum of all payments you have made to us is $100 or less and the total number of payments you have made to us is 10 or fewer; and
8. You have not previously received a refund under a different account.

二、搬瓦工申请退款流程和后续

如果我们满足上面的退款要求之后，我们就可以申请退款，申请退款之后，会有如下一系列操作被完成：

1. 从创建帐户开始，全额退款给该帐户，但 IP 地址更改的付款（如果有）除外；
2. 立即终止该帐户下的所有服务；
3. 立即且不可撤消地删除与该帐户关联的所有数据，快照和备份。

退款将仅以原始付款方式发放（也就是说支付宝购买的会退回支付宝，而不是退回账户余额，其他以此类推）。 处理退款后，相关帐户可能会用于以后的订单，但将不符合任何进一步退款的条件。

以下是搬瓦工官方条款 ToS 中明确的目前的搬瓦工退款条件限制（搬瓦工服务条款 Terms of Services (ToS) 更新，新旧版 ToS 主要变化对比）。我们可以作为参考：

You may cancel service renewal at any time in the billing portal.

You may request a refund of your payments to us, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

1. Your account was created 30 or fewer days ago
2. Your account with us is in good standing (i.e. there are no overdue amounts owing) and there have been no violations of this ToS;
3. None of your payments to us have been previously been or currently are disputed or charged back;
4. None of the IP addresses assigned to your VPS are on any blacklist or blocklist, and none of those IP addresses were previously replaced by us due to blacklisting;
5. The monthly data transfer usage on your VPS is under 10% of your monthly quota;
6. The number of services (active or cancelled) under your account is 3 or fewer;
7. The sum of all payments you have made to us is $60 or less and the total number of payments you have made to us is 10 or fewer; and
8. You have not previously received a refund under a different account.

When a refund is requested and all the foregoing conditions are met, we will do the following:

1. Provide a full refund of payments made towards the account, starting from the time the account was created, with the exception of payments for IP address changes (if any);
2. Immediately terminate all services under the account; and
3. Immediately and irreversibly delete all data, snapshots and backups associated with the account.

Refunds will only be issued in the original form of payment. After a refund is processed, the relevant account may be used for future orders, but it will not be eligible for any further refunds.
